"NYX" is an eyewear collection that focuses on and pursues the universal appeal of the color black. The brand name is derived from "NYX", the goddess of night in Greek mythology.

Just as night envelops all colors, we have expressed the tranquility, depth, and dignity of black as modern eyewear.

Development Background

The eyewear market in recent years has seen increasing diversification in coloring and decorative expressions, enhancing the presence of glasses as fashion items. On the other hand, what truly makes glasses last a long time? What is the ultimate value that remains amidst ever-changing trends and color expressions? The answer we arrived at was the color "black". Black is the most familiar color, yet also the most profound. It asserts itself without being loud, and possesses presence without becoming tiresome. NYX was born to pursue the essential charm of black.

Black is a special color. It is unaffected by trends, suitable for any occasion, and enhances the wearer. That is precisely why we chose to delve deeply into black, rather than adding more colors. We did not aim for "black glasses".

To construct with black, not to paint with black. This is how "NYX" conceives of expressing black.

We used high-quality acetate for the front to achieve a highly glossy surface. Furthermore, metal parts such as hinges and nose pads are also treated in black, pursuing overall color unity throughout the product. This reduction of visual noise accentuates the beauty of the form itself.

Retaining the essence rather than adding color. "NYX" proposes the value of eyewear that can be loved for a long time, through the color black.

Black does not assert itself. However, it reflects the wearer's individuality and enhances a quiet presence, regardless of gender.

Starting mid-June 2026, three models in one color each (all-black model) will be released. In July, two additional colors using dark brown demi and dark gray demi for the temples will be added to each model, creating a collection of three models in three colors each.
