With hybrid work now the norm, customers highly valued functionality that allows the case to not only carry a laptop but also serve as an immediate work environment. Feminine and "mature-cute" designs that blend well with home interiors were also popular, with the Gather series dominating the top spots across all generations. The results highlight a high demand for balancing functionality and design.
