Inazawa Bakery 'BOULANGERIE Mimosa' Celebrates 4th Anniversary with 'Birthday Festival' on June 13-14

BOULANGERIE Mimosa, a bakery operated by FONTANA Co., Ltd. (HQ: Inazawa, Aichi; President: Tatsuya Katsuyama), will host a 'Birthday Festival' on June 13-14, 2026, to celebrate its 4th anniversary. Additionally, the bakery will participate in the 'Pan Marche' event to be held at Lalaport Aichi Togo on May 31, 2026.

Located in Inazawa, Aichi, BOULANGERIE Mimosa is typically operated by a single creator. The bakery focuses on time-honored techniques, crafting croissants and other items with a commitment to aroma, texture, and visual appeal. They also offer custom-made services to cater to individual customer preferences.

For the festival, the bakery's top apprentice from Shonan and additional staff from Tokyo will assist, creating a special team to welcome customers. While normally operated by one person, these two days will feature an expanded team sharing their passion through their bread.

Additionally, the popular Mont Blanc sales, started last year in the garage, will return. Both days, the first 250 customers who purchase over 1,500 yen will receive an original bag.
