[Finfinity Inc.] Opening of New Office in Kanda Area Due to Business Expansion

Finfinity Inc. (Head Office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Hiroaki Nemoto; hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), with the mission of “Unleashing infinite potential in life through the power of finance,” will open a new office in Kanda-Sudacho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, from May 1, 2026. This move is aimed at accommodating an increase in personnel due to business expansion and improving the convenience of customer services. Together with the head office functions in Nihonbashi Koamicho, Chuo-ku, we will provide services through a two-base system.

■ Background of New Office Opening

Since its establishment in April 2025, the Company has questioned the conventional “commission-first structure” prevalent in the financial industry and has been committed to realizing “solution-oriented financial planners (FP)” who prioritize clients' interests as “problem-solving FPs” attuned to clients' values.

Amid the recent rise in interest in asset building and the surging demand for improved financial literacy in school education, we have decided to establish a new base in the Kanda area, a transportation hub where many business professionals gather, to build a system capable of handling more consultations.

・Enhanced In-person Consultations: Equipped with consultation spaces that prioritize privacy, we have established a system where optimal cash flow analysis and risk management considerations, tailored to asset situations and life events, can be conducted in a calm environment.

・Financial Education Planning Hub: As a development and dissemination hub for financial education programs for elementary, junior high, high school, and university (vocational school) students, as well as corporations, we will create higher quality content.

・Improved Accessibility: Located in the Kanda area, served by various JR and subway lines, we have realized a location where customers from the greater Tokyo area can easily visit.
