FCC Techno and YE Digital Agree to Establish Joint Venture for Logistics DX Advancement

FCC Techno Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture; Representative Director: Hidestaru Nishimura; hereinafter "FCC Techno") and YE Digital Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Kokura Kita-ku, Kitakyushu City; President and Representative Director: Yuji Tamai; hereinafter "YE Digital") have decided to establish a joint venture at their respective board meetings held on June 15, 2026, aiming to promote digital transformation (DX) in the logistics sector.

Based on this decision, the two companies plan to launch "LDX Technologies Inc." (hereinafter "the new company") on July 1, 2026. Through this entity, they will promote automation, visibility, and efficiency in warehouse and factory logistics by providing comprehensive support for the development, implementation, operation, and stabilization of logistics-related systems, further expanding their logistics DX-related businesses.

Providing DX Support That Reaches the Execution Level

In recent years, manufacturing and logistics sites have seen rapidly growing demand for process automation and data utilization due to worsening labor shortages and increasing operational complexity. In this context, there is a growing need for optimization support that goes beyond mere system implementation and reaches the actual execution level at operational sites.

FCC Techno and YE Digital have previously collaborated on logistics system implementation projects. By combining YE Digital’s deep expertise in logistics operations and technical capabilities in warehouse automation systems with FCC Techno’s proven strengths in system integration, BPO support, data visualization, and digitalization of on-site operations, the two companies believe they can deliver greater value in advancing logistics DX.

The new company plans to primarily engage in the following business activities to promote automation, visibility, and efficiency in warehouse and factory logistics:

- Development, implementation, operation, and stabilization support for YE Digital’s warehouse automation system (WES) "MMLogiStation"

- Development and implementation of logistics systems centered on WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)

- On-site optimization support for intra-factory transportation and warehouse operations in manufacturing

- Business reform support including BPO services (to be expanded in the future)

FCC Techno will take an integrated role in these activities, covering on-site operational understanding, system development, operational support, and stabilization, serving as the backbone for logistics DX implementation.
