The current mainstream CAT (Computer Assisted Translation) tools are structured around "humans translating with tool assistance." The maintenance of translation memories, terminology unification, and quality verification all depend on human hands and attention. If the person in charge changes, quality can fluctuate, and as projects increase, workloads expand. This structure itself is the bottleneck for corporate translation.

ErudAite PRO v2 offers a completely new structure: "AI performs the work, and humans supervise."

Simply upload your files, and it will automatically execute tasks such as adhering to past translations, unifying terminology, adjusting style, and verifying quality. Humans will be responsible for deciding the translation "policy" and "approving" the results. They will be involved in translation as supervisors, not as workers.

This is not merely about efficiency. It leads to "realizing work quality that is not dependent on the skill or attention of the person in charge (as a worker)" and "a fundamental shift in the role of translators."

Guaranteeing the Principle of "Same Translation as Last Time" with a System

The most crucial aspect of translating IR and disclosure documents is "using the same expressions as last time, this time as well." Traditionally, this consistency relied on the abilities of translators utilizing the translation memory function of CAT tools. If past translations were unavailable, translators would do their best to reproduce the tone of previous translations.

ErudAite PRO v2's translation memory function automatically extracts and aligns from the source text to create highly accurate translation memories. During translation, based on this translation memory, it automatically classifies matches with past translations into 7 levels. For parts that are certain, it mechanically follows past translations without AI intervention. Sentences that only differ in numbers will have only the numbers replaced, and completely new sentences will be translated by AI reproducing the past tone. During this process, humans have no work to do. Humans will only review the AI's translations as supervisors, not as proofreaders.

Standard Inclusion of Audit Package to "Prove" Translation Quality

Translation quality has historically been subject to subjective evaluation. ErudAite PRO v2 comes standard with the translation quality evaluation framework "CATERv2," which automatically diagnoses all segments across six evaluation axes.

Furthermore, it outputs an audit package that mechanically records "from which past translation and why that translation was chosen" for each segment. Through three documents – a Translation Consistency Certificate, a Numerical Verification Report, and a History Trace – translation quality can be "proven" to third parties.

Supported Formats and Security

It supports Word, PowerPoint, Excel, InDesign, and PDF, translating while preserving the layout. It even translates text within embedded Excel files and charts in PowerPoint, maintaining consistency between display and actual data.

All functions can be operated in an on-premise environment, making it deployable for companies that cannot send confidential documents outside their premises.
