Eight engineers from DTS Corporation (Chuo-ku, Tokyo, President and CEO Tomoaki Kitamura) have been selected for the "2026 Japan AWS Top Engineers," "2026 Japan All AWS Certifications Engineers," and "2026 Japan AWS Jr. Champions" awards in the engineer recognition program hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS).

This year, one engineer was selected for "2026 Japan AWS Top Engineers," five for "2026 Japan All AWS Certifications Engineers," and two for "2026 Japan AWS Jr. Champions." These awards recognize the achievements of diverse cloud talent, from engineers with advanced technical skills to emerging professionals, reflecting DTS's ongoing commitment to fostering AWS talent and enhancing technical capabilities.

The recipients for the 2026 awards programs were announced by AWS at "AWS Summit Japan 2026," held at Makuhari Messe from June 25 (Fri) to June 26 (Fri), 2026.

Initiatives for AWS Talent Development and Technical Skill Enhancement

DTS continuously strives to develop and strengthen personnel with advanced technical skills in AWS. In addition to supporting the acquisition of AWS certifications, we promote external information dissemination through participation in webinars and technical blogs, supporting engineers in enhancing their technical skills and communication abilities.

Furthermore, we focus on knowledge sharing and community building across departments and projects by establishing a consultation desk to support internal AWS utilization and by holding monthly internal technical sharing sessions titled "AWS Cloud Salon."
