The Company specializes in DX support utilizing AI and has supported local governments and companies nationwide in solving their challenges. At this exhibition, we will introduce two initiatives we have implemented.
### 1. Kirishima Model - Local Recruitment x AI Human Resource Development
The "Kirishima Model" is a regional revitalization model demonstrated by the Company in Kirishima City, Kagoshima Prefecture (*1).
In response to the challenges many local governments face, such as "outflow of young people and IT personnel" and "shortage of DX promotion leaders in the local area," the Company provided a solution with the approach of "recruiting locally and nurturing locally."
At the "Kirishima Lab" satellite office, opened by the Company in June 2023, six locally hired members, all inexperienced engineers, reached a practical level in a short period through the Company's unique training environment based on the utilization of generative AI. They successfully completed all development processes, from requirements definition to implementation and application submission, entirely within the region (*1).

### 2. Initiatives for Improving Local Government Operational Efficiency Using Generative AI
This is a generative AI demonstration experiment (*2) launched jointly with Chiryu City, Aichi Prefecture, in December 2025, aimed at improving the efficiency of internal inquiry handling regarding contract administration.
The Company concluded an agreement with Chiryu City, Aichi Prefecture, in October 2024, based on the "Regional Revitalization Entrepreneur System," and has been supporting the promotion of DX within the city hall. Not only in Chiryu City but also in local governments and public organizations, there is a challenge where the sheer volume of regulations, guidelines, and manuals to be referenced makes it difficult for staff to quickly access necessary information. Additionally, due to the common practice of personnel rotation every 3-5 years, newly assigned staff members tend to concentrate inquiries on specialized departments such as the accounting division and contract inspection section, placing a heavy burden on these departments.
In response to these challenges, the Company conducted a demonstration experiment using generative AI (*2). By having the AI learn internal regulations, manuals, and other documents, the aim was to build an environment where staff can quickly access accurate and necessary information.
