Due to the outflow of students and the early start of recruitment, companies in the prefecture are facing an unprecedented competition for talent acquisition. As a result, local companies are struggling with issues such as "being buried among major companies even if listed on navigation sites," "not knowing how to convey their company's appeal to current students," and "being unable to reach students within the prefecture or students who have gone to school outside the prefecture but wish to return (U-turn candidates)."

To break through this "recruitment and awareness barrier," we have launched the internship information platform focused on Niigata, "InternHub Niigata."

"InternHub Niigata" goes beyond being just an internship information site; it supports matching with highly motivated students through its unique network and real-world support as "content that resonates with students."

Features of "InternHub Niigata"

1. Reachability to "Students with a Niigata Orientation" Unreachable by National Navigation Sites

We can pinpoint and efficiently approach "students who want to gain experience and grow in Niigata," who tend to get lost on national platforms.

Leveraging DERTA's network as a lecturer at Niigata University for the past two years, and strong collaboration with universities and student circles within the prefecture, we deliver information not only to students within the prefecture but also to students of Niigata origin who have gone to school outside the prefecture (U-turn candidates). DERTA has gained various insights through the operation of "Groov Hub," a community business that connects Niigata students and companies, which was the predecessor to "InternHub Niigata." By utilizing these unique strengths, we strongly support the formation of a large pool of applicants.

2. Professional Editing x Real Voices of Students: Agency for High-Quality Article Production "Translated into a Student's Perspective"

"We don't know what resonates with students" or "We don't have the resources to write attractive recruitment articles." Such worries are unnecessary.

Participating companies simply need to fill out a hearing sheet. This information is then read by current "student reviewers" who provide feedback from a realistic student perspective on "what is appealing" and "what is unclear."

Based on these real voices, our "editorial team," who has been operating student communities for many years and fully understands the insights of the younger generation, writes and edits the articles. While ensuring high quality as corporate PR, we create "translated PR articles" that capture the hearts of students, significantly reducing the workload for recruitment staff.

3. High-Precision Matching Through "Direct Recommendations" at Consultation Desks, Not Just Online

Beyond online information dissemination, we operate "internship consultation desks for students" once a week at community spaces near Niigata University and co-working spaces in front of Niigata Station.

DERTA's community managers directly interview each student's needs and directly recommend company internships to students who match the desired candidate profile. By having a third-party professional convey the company's appeal as word-of-mouth, we create continuous touchpoints with highly motivated, excellent students, regardless of the company's name recognition.

4. Search System to Find Candidates Based on "Experience/Skills Gained," Not Just Name Recognition

Students often have few opportunities to learn about companies in Niigata and tend to search based solely on name recognition or conditions.

"InternHub Niigata" implements a search UI that starts from "experience tags," "skill tags," and "feature tags" rather than company names.

This allows companies to compete on a level playing field based on "the appeal of the internship and the job" rather than their name recognition, increasing the probability of being discovered by motivated students they might not have encountered before. A wide range of internships, from 1-day open companies to short-term and long-term paid internships, can be listed.

Internships as the Gateway to Recruitment Success.

"InternHub Niigata" will partner with you as a "recruitment PR partner" to maximize your company's appeal and ensure it reaches the students you want to connect with.
