For this product, Beard Papa took on the challenge of recreating the beloved, retro "lemon cake" in the form of a cream puff. It is a fusion of "mellow sweetness" that avoids excessive tartness—overturning the common image of lemons as "sour and refreshing"—and an unprecedented "fluffy texture."

The newly developed choux pastry, designed to capture the gentle texture of a lemon cake, uses a unique blend of almond powder and flour specifically for French bread. It is shaped like a lemon and baked to achieve a savory outer crust and a fluffy interior. The surface is generously coated in rich lemon chocolate, spreading the mellow aroma of lemon from the very first bite. Inside is a smooth "lemon custard cream" containing lemon peel, which maximizes the richness and sweetness of the custard while highlighting the lemon flavor, resulting in a nostalgic yet new hybrid sweet.
