NIKI Hills Winery to Host Limited-Time Summer Event 'Rosé & Cherries'

NIKI Hills Winery (Representative: Kazunori Ishikawa), operated by the DAC Group in Niki Town, Hokkaido, will host a special limited-time event on four days—June 27 (Sat), 28 (Sun), July 4 (Sat), and 5 (Sun), 2026—where guests can enjoy both NIKI Hills Winery-grown cherries and 'PROPOSE Rosé Sparkling' (hereinafter referred to as rosé sparkling). Due to limited harvest yields, the cherries (varieties include Sato Nishiki, Koushuuho, Nanyou, and Summit) are rarely available to the public. Experience the unique terroir-driven pairing of these cherries with wines made from grapes grown on the same land, accompanied by expert sommelier commentary.

10:00– Registration begins (at Winery Shop) 10:25– Gather on the terrace and move out (guided walk through vineyards with sommelier commentary) 10:40– Cherry harvesting & all-you-can-eat (30 minutes) 11:25– Meal (on the terrace; light menu featuring cherries, curated by restaurant Apercu, paired with rosé sparkling and sommelier-selected wines) 12:30 Expected end of event

For non-drinkers, a special 'cherry non-alcoholic cocktail' will be provided.

＜Children's Participation＞

・Minors in middle school and above: Full adult price; welcome wine replaced with non-alcoholic option

・Elementary school students: ¥1,100 discount off adult price (¥220 discount for Plan ④ Dining Only) (Welcome wine replaced with juice. Can be changed to children's meal plate at same price with prior reservation by the day before)

・Preschool children: Free ※ Preschool children may also order a 'children's meal plate (¥2,200)' as an add-on. [Advance reservation required by the day before]

【Important Notes】

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made after 17:00 the day before the event will incur a cancellation fee of ¥2,640 per person (equivalent to meal cost).

Attire & Equipment

As the event involves walking, please wear comfortable shoes (rubber boots rental available for ¥550).

Rainy Weather Policy

The event will be canceled in case of severe weather. Additionally, the dining venue may change due to weather conditions. In case of cancellation, you will be notified by email or phone by 8:00 AM on the day of the event.

Late Arrival

If you arrive late, you may join the event in progress.
