The course targets two schools: 'Ryoma Information Business & Food College' and 'Ryoma Design & Beauty College.' Under the motto of 'creating content that reaches audiences' rather than 'creating just to finish,' this initiative aims to cultivate creators who can share their works globally from regional Japan.

Japan's animation production has long been centralized in Tokyo, creating geographical and industrial barriers for creators living in regional areas. The rise of generative AI and vertical short-form videos is quietly transforming this landscape. Now, even small teams and creators from remote regions can produce content that reaches global audiences. This course is designed as a pilot program from Kochi, allowing participants to experience this new creative potential firsthand.

Learn video production in the AI era from a practical perspective: Participants will learn the cutting edge of generative AI video creation not through theoretical lectures, but by understanding real-world production decisions.

Create short videos themed around Kochi: Students will use generative AI to turn Kochi's landscapes and stories into original works. Outstanding pieces may be considered for publication on Kochi Prefecture's official media channels.

Nurture creators who can share content globally from regional areas: The course is designed to teach not just technical quality, but also how to deliver content effectively—laying the foundation for a modern creator's career.
