Since the enactment of the Child Basic Law and the establishment of the Children and Families Agency in 2023, interest in policies for children and young people has been growing nationwide, and opportunities for collaboration and cooperation are expanding within Tokyo as well. In 2026, in a public proposal for the "Planning and Operation of Experiential Workshops to Promote the Expression of Opinions by Children and Young People" implemented by Higashimurayama City, Tokyo, the company was selected as the candidate contractor with the highest score (91.3 points, 1st place). In response to deepening collaboration with local governments in the metropolitan area, the company decided to open the Tokyo office to facilitate more agile activities in the region.
