Background

In business operations, "coordination tasks" such as checking the progress of requests and assigning personnel can often consume a significant amount of time that should be dedicated to core work. "Supporter-san," a fully automated task management app, was officially released on June 30, 2025, with the aim of reducing these "coordination tasks where the person who notices suffers" using AI.

One Year Since Release

In the year since its official release, "Supporter-san" has been adopted by a cumulative total of 800 teams, supporting approximately 90,000 tasks to date.

Over the past year, we have continuously provided features to reduce the burden of coordination tasks, including Notion integration (bidirectional synchronization of tasks with Notion), AI Progress Watch (automatic visualization of stalled tasks), Today's To-Do (cross-organizational organization of daily schedules and tasks with Google Calendar integration), Review (weekly aggregation of team activity), and Project Setup (aggregation of tasks by objective/team). MCP Integration Now Available

On June 30, 2026, the first anniversary of its official release, "Supporter-san" will launch "MCP Integration," enabling direct operation of "Supporter-san" from Claude and ChatGPT. MCP (Model Context Protocol) is a specification that allows AI to safely reference and operate data from external services. This new integration will allow users to create, check, and update tasks in "Supporter-san" through conversations with Claude and ChatGPT, without needing to open portals or Slack.

With MCP Integration, you can perform the following operations from Claude and ChatGPT:

Turn Todos and Meeting Minutes Organized with AI Directly into Tasks For example, "Turn the to-dos I just organized for next week into tasks," you can create tasks in "Supporter-san" in bulk based on to-dos or meeting minutes generated during conversations with AI.

Recall Past Tasks

You can search for past tasks using natural language, such as, "What happened with the invoice for Company A that I requested two months ago?"

Inquire About Team Status

You can ask the AI about the tasks and status of team members, such as, "What is Tanaka-san working on right now?" Additionally, you can aggregate and review past team tasks, such as, "Tell me the tasks that were delayed last month and their causes" (available only on higher-tier plans).

* Integration is permission-based (OAuth), and information provided to the AI will adhere to the privacy settings configured within "Supporter-san."
