Contacts Other Than Phone Calls and Development Cases

We introduced eight approaches for development without relying on phone calls. Common to all is that high-quality materials and content are essential for effectiveness. We also presented support cases where content was key in developing large enterprises.

BDR Evaluation Methods

Next, we discussed BDR evaluation methods. If the number of appointments is the only KPI, quality is ignored and low-quality appointments that do not lead to meetings are mass-produced. While activity volume can be measured, it does not lead to results. This eventually causes conflict with field sales and does not suit long consideration periods.

Important in BDR evaluation is to prepare multiple indicators and weight them. Weight the three indicators: number of appointments, number of effective sales meetings, and pipeline amount. It is important to change the weights according to the phase: appointments/effective meetings in the launch phase, and effective meetings and pipeline amount in the medium to long term.
