We have launched an 'Online Recruitment Diagnostic Service' for SMEs. This service diagnoses a company's recruitment activities and visualizes issues from perspectives such as recruitment branding, SNS utilization, and recruitment flow design. In recent years, as many SMEs face labor shortages, it has become difficult to acquire applicants using only traditional job boards. Based on feedback from seminar participants who wanted to objectively grasp their recruitment issues, BOTANICO has launched this free service. We analyze recruitment branding, SNS recruitment, application flow, and competitor analysis in an integrated manner to propose improvement measures that even SMEs can implement.
