With approximately 100 employees, the company had long managed attendance using paper and Excel, while outsourcing payroll calculations. However, due to dispersed locations, frequent overseas business trips, and a highly customized payroll structure, operations gradually became complex. The system remained heavily dependent on individual staff experience and established practices.

Results After Implementation

After system implementation, the time required for payroll processing was reduced from five days at the beginning of the month to approximately two days. The company achieved about a 30% reduction in labor hours across attendance management.
