Nobishiro Inc. (Headquarters: Fujisawa City, Kanagawa Prefecture, Representative Director & CEO: Sayo Ayukawa), a subsidiary of BAKERU Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director: Hajime Kobayashi), a social experiment promotion venture that creates opportunities, is pleased to announce that the "Nobishiro Living Experience Event" held in March 2026 was fully booked, significantly exceeding the recruitment capacity.

In response to this overwhelming demand, we have decided to hold online briefings on three dates in August for those living far away or those who wish to casually learn about the concept. Please apply.

Due to the progression of nuclear families and an increase in single-person households, community ties in society have become weaker compared to the past. Furthermore, amidst challenges such as loneliness and community fragmentation, there is a demand for a "new form of housing" where people of different generations naturally mix and build loose relationships while living together.

To address these issues, Nobishiro has been developing "Nobishiro House," a multi-generational community housing project, in Fujisawa City, Kanagawa Prefecture, through "housing." In 2027, the second "Nobishiro House" building will be newly established in Higashikurume City, Tokyo.

Prior to the full-scale operation of this project, the on-site experience event scheduled for July has already reached its capacity shortly after its announcement. Currently, even the urgently added seats have been fully booked, and many people are on the waiting list.

Therefore, in response to the high interest in "multi-generational living" and the strong demand from those living far away who find it difficult to visit the site, we have decided to hold online briefings for prospective residents in August.

At the online briefings, you can experience the future that Nobishiro aims for, no matter where you are in the country. "Nobishiro House" is not just about providing housing; it will continue to expand a community that co-creates "future ways of living" as a social experiment open to the community.

We sincerely look forward to your participation.

## Report on the 1st Experience Event Held on March 29

The March experience event was held in two parts at "kinone coffee & flower," a cafe located 30 seconds walk from Higashikurume Station. A total of 63 people gathered on the day, and the venue was filled with a friendly and enthusiastic atmosphere throughout.

Participants asked many highly passionate questions and offered opinions on multi-generational coexistence and the ideal state of local communities.

During the event, Sayo Ayukawa, CEO of Nobishiro, personally greeted each participant and conveyed her thoughts directly through dialogue. There were encounters with people from diverse backgrounds, including those seriously considering moving in, those who wanted to use it as a reference for future housing options, and local residents who wanted to liven up the town.

In the latter half of the event, a management dialogue was held on the theme of "Nobishiro House and Higashikurume" between Sayo Ayukawa, CEO of Nobishiro Inc., and Mr. Arakawa, CEO of Taneniwa Inc., who is engaged in community-based activities in Higashikurume.

"Nobishiro House" aims to be more than just housing; it seeks to be a place open to the town. During the dialogue, passionate thoughts were shared, from the encounter between the two companies to the "vision of a future community" envisioned in Higashikurume. Furthermore, Kuboko Construction Co., Ltd. is responsible for acquiring the land, constructing the second "Nobishiro House" building, and acting as the property owner, as a cooperating business that resonates with the business direction of Nobishiro House.

The three keywords that repeatedly appeared in the talk – "empathy," "distance," and "multi-generational" – are precisely the essential elements for future town planning. This time, sharing the potential of multi-generations naturally mixing and fostering a community together with the participants, was a valuable moment for the Nobishiro staff, giving them confidence and excitement for future developments.
