In the early days of our founding, we were solely focused on the task at hand in a space of only about 10 tatami mats. Now, after 18 years, while our company structure is becoming more established with the introduction of systems like flextime, the pure passion for fashion among our employees remains unchanged since our founding. This change in our management system is a decision to move to the next stage. By clarifying each person's role, I believe the company's foundation will become even more solid.
Moving forward, we aim to make AYIN and VOLCAN&APHRODITE more widely recognized, and we are also envisioning challenges in new fields such as proposing lifestyles centered around fashion.
Vice President: Taishi Sugiyama
As Kazuya focuses on the "offensive," I believe my mission going forward is to fully commit to the "defensive." "Defensive" does not mean being conservative, but rather strengthening the company to continue its aggressive pursuit. Specifically, I will focus on strengthening governance, thoroughly implementing management systems, refining compliance, and crisis management. We aim to create an environment where employees' families can feel reassured, saying, "They are working at a great company." We want to fulfill our founding mission of "making the world happy through fashion" together with everyone.

Having observed the front lines as an employee, I have always valued approaching and listening to employees when they voice their concerns. Now, in my new position as an officer, rather than simply conveying the officers' perspective, I want to convey it in a way that is easily understood, including the underlying thoughts and affection for the employees. I will continue to be someone who is always smiling and approachable when something happens, and together with this system, we will aim to become a company that is respected in the industry.

I have been friends with Kazuya and Taishi for 20 years and have watched them for a long time. I experienced the journey from founding to listing at ZOZO, and currently, as a fashion cheerleader, I have a firsthand understanding of what is needed at each phase of a company's growth. AYURA has great potential due to the high purity of its "love" for fashion. My role, I believe, is to provide backup and continued support from an objective perspective for the decisions the management team makes after careful consideration. I want to leverage my experience to continue supporting the path AYURA is taking.
