## Background of the New Supply Chain Division

"We can't get cosmetic containers anymore." In the spring of 2026, ARVEL received numerous consultations from cosmetic manufacturers facing severe shortages of raw materials, naphtha and aluminum, due to escalating tensions in the Middle East. With container procurement becoming a critical issue for business viability, ARVEL launched a dedicated Supply Chain Management Division in May 2026.

## Stable Supply via Exclusive Partnership

ARVEL has signed an exclusive cooperation agreement with a large-scale manufacturing plant in Dongguan, Guangdong Province, China (over 43,000 sqm site, 800+ employees). Utilizing its geopolitical location—unaffected by the situation in the Strait of Hormuz—and an ISO9001/BSCI-certified quality management system, the company has achieved stable supply with lead times as short as 45 days. A double-check inspection system is in place to minimize defect rates.
