Arch Launches "Arch Summer Campaign" Starting July 6th for Next-Level Construction Site Productivity with Overwhelming Automation by AI

Arch Inc. will launch the "Arch Summer Campaign" on July 6, 2026, featuring a series of new features and services for the deployment of "Arch Intelligence," which realizes overwhelming automation through AI. In the final phase of this initiative, AI will automatically generate KY (Risk Prediction Activity) and work plans based on on-site operational information, achieving overwhelming productivity improvements at construction sites.

Background and Objectives of the "Arch Summer Campaign"

Amidst challenges of long working hours and labor shortages in the construction industry, site supervisors and prime contractor staff are overwhelmed with extensive documentation tasks. To address these issues, Arch will implement phased updates utilizing the AI technology "Arch Intelligence." By enabling mutual cooperation between various products, we will ultimately automate the creation of various notifications and plans, providing an environment where site staff can concentrate on their core responsibilities.

"Arch Summer Campaign" Release Schedule

Phase 1: July 6, 2026 Safety Function Update "Work Plan NEO"

A major update to the existing "Work Plan" feature will be implemented.

It is possible to perfectly replicate the work plan formats that differ among companies using no-code.

It offers high customizability, capable of reproducing complex approval flows for each site.

Phase 2: July 15, 2026 KY-NEXT New Feature "Attendance Daily Report"

"KY-NEXT" will be newly equipped with an attendance daily report and entry/exit management function, serving as time and attendance management for the construction industry.

It will support smooth labor management by linking entry/exit records with KY data.

Phase 3: August 3, 2026 Implementation of "Arch Instant Check-in"

A function will be implemented that allows workers to instantly check in/out by simply scanning a QR code and taking a photo with their own device.

In addition, the linkage between entry/exit records and KY data will be further strengthened.

Phase 4: August 26, 2026 Release of New Service "Inter-Work Coordination (Tentative Name)" & Application of "Arch Intelligence"

We will begin offering "Inter-Work Coordination," a new service that records and shares multiple concurrent tasks on-site and coordinates overlaps in locations and equipment.

Data from this service will be linked with data from work plans, hot work permits, etc., and "Arch Intelligence" will be applied.

AI will automatically generate the next day's KY, allowing foremen to head to the site simply by confirming the generated content.

First Live Demo at "Japan Build Osaka"

We will exhibit at "Japan Build Osaka," an exhibition held for three days starting August 26, 2026, and will present the first live demonstration of the automated workflow brought about by "Arch Intelligence" at our booth.
