AOKI Launches "Super Air Cool Suit & Slacks" for a Comfortable Summer Work Style, Boasting Air Permeability Over 100cc for "Better-Than-Imagined Airflow"

AOKI Inc. (President: Akihiro Aoki) has been selling the "Air Cool® Series," business items for comfortable wear even in hot summers, since summer 2023. Now, for this season, which is expected to be even harsher, the company has launched the new "Super Air Cool Series." This series consists of items with an air permeability of 100cc or more, supporting business scenes in the grueling summer with high breathability and the quality tailoring unique to a business wear specialist. The newly launched "Super Air Cool Suit" has evolved its air permeability from the previous standard of 60cc to over 100cc, with added high stretchability. The "Super Air Cool Slacks" use mesh material for the lining and pockets, reducing the discomfort of fabric sticking to the legs. Some products in both suits and slacks use "Air Tech Spun®," a material jointly developed by AOKI, Shinshu University, and Toabo Corporation, providing high breathability, a cool touch, a dry feel, and a washable function. This season also sees the introduction of items using "Air Tech Spun® HEAT BLOCK," which suppresses temperature rise in the fabric due to radiant heat. In an experiment, the temperature inside the clothing was 6.6°C lower after 30 minutes compared to conventional products. AOKI will continue to focus on planning and developing products that allow customers to spend the hot summer comfortably.
