・The new product "Lemon Cheese Sand" will be exclusively pre-sold at the New Chitose Airport JAL PLAZA Departure Lobby store.

・Lemon-flavored langue de chat paired with cheese-flavored white chocolate offers a light texture and a refreshing aftertaste.

ALGONA Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Sapporo, Hokkaido; Representative Director: Yusuke Morisawa), which operates the confectionery brand "aoka (Aoka)," will begin offering its products at the New Chitose Airport JAL PLAZA Departure Lobby store, which will reopen on July 3, 2026. This will be aoka's first permanent retail location, following its brand development through pop-up shops.

We will deliver aoka's "blue scenery" as a treat before departure or as a gift for loved ones met during your travels.

"aoka (Aoka)," which means "us" or "you" in Ainu, is a brand born from a passion for Hokkaido's nature and ingredients, with the desire to "create sweets in Hokkaido." The brand imbues its confections with the wish that relationships with loved ones—family, friends, partners, companions—will shine beautifully like the "blue scenery" spread across the northern land.

When the brand debuted at Daimaru Sapporo in November 2024, it was met with such success that queues formed daily throughout the event, with products selling out by evening. Furthermore, upon the launch of its official online store in September 2025, the new product "Caramel Baum" sold out its initial production run in just three days, drawing significant attention to aoka's activities.

Carefully Selected Hokkaido Ingredients

The signature product, "Caramel Chocolate Sand," features a 10mm thick milk chocolate sandwiched between caramel-flavored langue de chat. It's a rich baked confection where the flavors of caramel and chocolate layer together.

Ingredients such as wheat and sugar are carefully selected from Hokkaido. They are portable at room temperature and have a shelf life of over 40 days, making them ideal for gifts. We cherish creating confections that utilize Hokkaido's bounty and prioritize ingredients.
