Algomatic Joins IPA's Digital Talent Development Initiative as Advisor

Algomatic Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Keito Kamoi, hereinafter "Algomatic") announces its participation as an advisor in the "Digital Talent Development Initiative" promoted by the Digital Talent Center of the Information-Technology Promotion Agency (IPA), an Independent Administrative Institution. Through this engagement, Algomatic will contribute practical expertise in AI assessment—accumulated through supporting enterprises in AI Transformation (AX)—to advise and support discussions on IPA's next-generation vision for the Digital Talent Skills Platform.

IPA is advancing the development of a "Digital Talent Skills Platform" designed to visualize individual and organizational digital skills and promote continuous learning. This initiative is based on the "Digital Skills Standard (DSS)," which defines the talent skills required for advancing AI Transformation (AX), and "Manabi DX," a learning content platform aligned with DSS.

From Algomatic, three members—Keito Kamoi (Representative Director and CEO), Kota Saito (Head of Business), and Shunpei Miyawaki (AI Engineer)—will participate as expert committee members. Leveraging practical insights gained from supporting generative AI adoption and AX initiatives in enterprises, they will provide advisory input into IPA's next-generation planning and development.

◾️ Expert Committee Member Profiles

・Keito Kamoi Representative Director and CEO, Algomatic Inc. After graduating from Keio University Graduate School, Kamoi joined Accenture as a data scientist and AI engineer. He later served as a senior manager in the AI group, leading business and organizational reforms through AI in sectors including telecommunications, retail, and real estate. He has led the establishment of multiple AI organizations and has extensive experience in supporting enterprise AI adoption. He joined Algomatic in May 2024, leading the launch and expansion of AX services aimed at enabling AI-native transformation in large enterprises. He was appointed Representative Director and CEO of Algomatic Inc. in June 2026.

・Kota Saito Head of Business, Organizational Transformation Division, Algomatic Inc. After long experience in managing IT and programming education businesses and talent development, Saito joined Algomatic. He currently provides practical expertise in AI utilization and talent development, and oversees organizational transformation initiatives built on AI.

・Shunpei Miyawaki AI Engineer, AX Governance Center, Algomatic Inc. With experience as an NLP engineer and academic researcher, Miyawaki has worked in LLM development and AI agent development. He joined Algomatic in February 2024. Alongside developing and operating LLM applications, he possesses practical expertise in AI governance, focusing on the safe and responsible use of AI.
