In terms of product and service development and improvement cycles, changes in customer needs, and the competitive environment, limitations in decision-making and execution speed have increasingly arisen with traditional organizational structures. Given these circumstances, Algomatic has determined that clarifying business domains and enhancing the autonomy of each business, thereby further accelerating business activities and transitioning to a structure where each can rapidly deploy services tailored to user needs, will lead to discontinuous business growth and the establishment of mid-to-long-term competitive advantage. Through this reorganization, by establishing an independent management structure for each business, we aim to simultaneously deepen expertise in each area and accelerate decision-making, striving for sustainable and discontinuous growth in the AI era. **◾️Overview of the Three-Company Structure** Algomatic's business will transition to a three-company structure, including a newly established company, effective June 1, 2026, and each company will promote its business under an independent management structure as part of the DMM Group. For the B2B domain, the “Algomatic” brand will continue, with Algomatic Inc. developing and providing B2B services utilizing AI technology. For robotics and physical AI, the newly established Algomatic Dynamics Inc. will focus on these areas. For the B2C domain, the newly established KOWRO Inc. will operate. These three companies will deploy AI-related businesses specialized in their respective fields.
