AKUODIGITAL Co., Ltd. The Company began its contract with Fuji Filter Kogyo Co., Ltd. in 2014, and since establishing its Japanese subsidiary in 2017, has built a business foundation in the Japanese market. We have also executed over 180 projects in diverse fields such as manufacturing, bio, finance, and public sectors, accumulating practical experience in unstructured document processing and AI document understanding technology in corporate operations.

In the process, we have built a large-scale unstructured data learning and processing platform and learned a 5-trillion-token foundation model, thereby advancing our technological capabilities to simultaneously understand document structure, layout, field values, and business context. "Papers GO AI" is an AI-OCR platform that supports the automation of unstructured document processing based on these technologies and on-site knowledge.

Furthermore, the Company is promoting a shift to a business model centered on SaaS licenses and partner sales, based on its proprietary AI document processing technology. Accordingly, we are also beginning to recruit general distributor partners to handle sales and implementation support for "Papers GO AI" in Japan. Development Background - The Challenge of "Unstructured Documents" Dormant in Japanese Back Offices

Paper-based operations, such as faxes, handwritten application forms, paper receipts, and various vouchers, remain deeply rooted in the back offices of Japanese companies, posing a major obstacle to DX promotion.

With conventional AI-OCR, preparing training data and retraining were required for each new format. With "Papers GO AI," simply by uploading a sample document, the AI wizard automatically analyzes the document structure and generates a template including extraction items and classification criteria. Operations can be utilized on the same day without prior settings or specialized knowledge.

3. Standard equipped with validation interface and API playground
