About the Presentation Content

This session explained important perspectives for companies to promote AI utilization, based on a DX case study where AI adoption led to 500 million yen in results in just one year.

Specifically, it was shared that achieving results is crucial not just through tool introduction, but by integrating design based on understanding on-site operations, incorporation into business flows, connection to decision-making, and operational establishment.

Furthermore, the following discussion points, observed in actual support settings, were introduced:

Why do many AI adoptions fail to produce results and stall midway?

Common misconceptions during AI adoption, such as "We have data," "Just let AI learn," or "We should create our own dedicated product."

Importance of designing AI adoption based on KPIs.

A two-pronged approach: fostering a culture and infrastructure for internal AI utilization and promoting the autonomy of AI agents.

Actual success stories, such as resolving the black box of sales activities and automating advertising operations.

Measures often taken in the early stages of AI adoption that rarely lead to results, and practical points to tackle first.

AIX Inc. supports the design, development, and implementation of dedicated AI agents optimized for each company's operations, with a strength in "implementation-driven" AI adoption support that goes beyond mere concepts. Based on these support achievements, this presentation disseminated ideas for connecting AI utilization to practical business results for companies.

Comment from Seiji Inoue, Representative Director, AIX Inc.

"I am deeply honored to have had the opportunity to speak at 'Startup JAPAN 2026' and share the success factors of AI adoption with many people.

Currently, while many companies are working on AI adoption, in many cases, it remains limited to trial implementations in partial operations, failing to lead to fundamental business transformation or result creation. To achieve results with AI, it is essential not just to introduce new tools, but to deeply understand on-site operations and determine which tasks and in what form AI should be implemented.

AIX will continue to contribute to improving corporate productivity and promoting DX through the development and implementation support of AI agents optimized for each company's operations."
