Aitane completes CRM setup upon member registration. The alpha version released this time offers three core functions that automate the burdensome "data entry and actions before and after negotiations" in sales operations.

Business Card Scanning

Simply scan exchanged business cards, and AI automatically enters customer information into the CRM. Furthermore, AI autonomously handles tasks such as creating and sending thank-you emails after negotiations, and scheduling appointments from proposal emails.

AI-powered Pre-Sales Analysis

Before negotiations, AI analyzes the latest news about the target company and past interactions. This significantly reduces research time needed to make optimal proposals during initial meetings.

Automatic Transaction Management Updates

AI analyzes sales representatives' daily activities (emails, negotiation history, etc.) and recorded negotiation content to automatically update transaction management records.
