Aitane completes CRM setup upon member registration. The alpha version, released this time, offers three core functions that automate the burdensome "data entry and actions before and after sales meetings" in the sales field.
Business Card Scanning
Simply scan exchanged business cards, and the AI automatically enters customer information into the CRM. Furthermore, the AI autonomously performs tasks such as creating and sending thank-you emails after meetings, and scheduling appointments from proposal emails.
