AI INNOVATION Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director CAIO: Koji Endo) will hold an event titled "Conditions for Engineers to Survive in the AI Agent Era," focusing on the engineer market that is changing due to the rapid evolution of generative AI and AI Agents.

In recent years, with the advent of Claude Code, Cursor, AI Agents, and more, the way software development is done is undergoing a major transformation. It is becoming an era where not just the skill of writing code, but perspectives such as "how to utilize AI," "what to design and judge," and "how to create value" determine an engineer's market value.

This event will explain the ideal engineer profile that can thrive in the AI era, based on actual changes occurring in development sites in the AI Agent era, from a practical viewpoint.

On the day of the event, we will discuss real-world perspectives on development cases utilizing Claude Code and Cursor, AI-centric organizational development, skills young engineers should acquire in the future, and career formation in an era where "technology alone is not enough to compete."

Furthermore, a Q&A session and networking event are scheduled for the latter half. Profile: With the vision of "AI and humans resonating, where emotion creates challenge," he promotes fundamental problem-solving using AI technology. Internally, he formulated the company-wide AI promotion concept AIRS (AI Resonance Strategy) and implemented AI training and AI skill visualization for all employees. Externally, he participates in the operation of the CAIO Council, composed of AI leaders from various companies, working to define the role of CAIO and promote AI utilization across society.
