Based on this background, we are strengthening our recruitment of PMs and engineers. ◼️ Job Openings and Desired Talent For this recruitment drive, we are looking for PMs and engineers who can understand the customer's business, think about the background of the issues, and shape practical solutions. Project Manager: Responsible for business hearings, requirement definition, specification design, and development progress management through dialogue with clients. This position organizes customer issues and moves development forward in collaboration with engineers. Engineer: Responsible for the design and development of web applications, business systems, and AI-powered systems. Will be involved in a wide range of development according to customer business challenges, such as API integration, business automation, and function development using generative AI. ◼️ Work Environment AccordSystem's development base is a 2-minute walk from Doshisha-mae Station on the JR Gakkentoshi Line. Based in the Kyoto-Kyotanabe area, we have a system where students/young engineers and experienced professionals gather to advance development in person.
