[Hokkaido's First] Promoting an Overseas Pre-Training Driver Model in Collaboration with Abashiri Bus - Supporting Advanced Training for 5 People Annually, 25 Over 5 Years, Based on Confirmation Letters Between Local Companies

3eee Inc. will collaborate with Abashiri Bus Co., Ltd. to promote an international pre-training model for route bus drivers, based on Confirmation Letters signed between a local Japanese language school in Indonesia and Hino Motors Sales Indonesia. This initiative marks the first case in Hokkaido of an integrated training model that combines pre-departure education overseas with post-arrival support.

Background

Driver shortages are a nationwide issue for local transportation operators, and there is a need not just for securing personnel, but for establishing a training system that ensures safety and expertise. As a registered support organization, 3eee Inc. has been working to build comprehensive training systems that include educational design and retention support, in addition to supporting the acceptance of foreign personnel. Under the social mission of maintaining regional infrastructure, we will establish a sustainable training model through this collaboration.

Details of the Initiative

Based on the Confirmation Letters between local companies, we will support the following training scheme:

1 Specialized Training for Large Vehicles Overseas

・Driving skills training utilizing actual vehicles

・Skills assessment system at testing grounds

2 Safe Operation Education Program Design

・Safety education at public transportation standards

・Hazard prediction and accident prevention training

・Eco-drive training

3 Education Compliant with Japanese Standards

・Basic education on Japanese road traffic laws

・Customer service and hospitality training

・Theoretical education on driving in snowy and cold regions

Numerical Targets (in collaboration with Abashiri Bus)

・Support for advanced training of 5 drivers annually

・Plan to train a cumulative total of 25 people over 5 years

・As a registered support organization, 3eee will engage in post-arrival retention support and continuous quality assurance.

Future Outlook

Through this model, we aim to achieve:

・Advancement of foreign personnel training
