Takarazuka OG Legend Stars Assemble at Nippon Budokan! U-NEXT to Exclusively Live Stream 'Showa Golden HITS 100 in Orchestra'

U-NEXT Co., Ltd., part of the USEN & U-NEXT GROUP, has announced the exclusive live streaming of 'TOKYO FM / BS11 presents Showa 100th Anniversary: Showa Golden HITS 100 in Orchestra ~Takarazuka Legend Stars Sing Showa Masterpieces!~' on Saturday, May 30th, from Nippon Budokan.

This one-night-only memorial concert celebrates the 100th anniversary of the Showa era (by the Japanese calendar) at the prestigious Nippon Budokan. The program features 100 iconic songs representative of the Showa century, carefully selected to showcase the voices of legendary stars and singers who have shaped Japanese entertainment culture. These will be performed accompanied by a live orchestra, including memorable classics and the top 10 songs selected by public vote.

The lineup includes legendary Takarazuka Revue former top stars such as Rei Asami (celebrating her 55th anniversary in show business), Yuki Tsurugi, Mayo Suzukaze, Maki Ichiro, Tsubasa Makoto, Asato Shizuki, Wataru Kozuki, Nao Ayaki, Kaname Ouki, and Yuzuru Kurenai. A historic highlight will be the appearance of special guest Rumiko Koyanagi, performing alongside her classmate Rei Asami for the first time in 56 years. Hitomi Kuroki will serve as the MC for the evening.

U-NEXT will broadcast this special performance exclusively live, with catch-up streaming available until June 7th (Sunday). The viewing fee is 4,400 yen (including tax). In addition to this event, U-NEXT offers a wide range of Takarazuka Revue content, including live streams of current productions, archive footage, and the talk show 'Takarazuka Cafe Break.'
