This work is a Western romance fantasy planned and produced by Toon Cracker Co., Ltd. under U-NEXT's production, and began pre-distribution on LINE Manga and U-NEXT on April 21 (Tuesday).

While U-NEXT is primarily a video streaming service, it established its own comic editorial department and began distributing horizontal manga as 'U-NEXT Comic' in November 2022. In October 2023, vertical-scroll comics were added to the lineup, and to date, 106 works have been announced.

Among vertical-scroll comics, 30 works are currently distributed. This achievement of '6 No. 1 rankings' on LINE Manga by 'Byojaku Mama desu ga, Yami Ochi Musuko o Sodatete Misemasu!' is the second such instance, following 'Akujo ni Shuchaku Shinaide Kudasai!' (which achieved similar rankings as of March 11, 2026).

'U-NEXT Comic' also focuses on media mix projects. Currently, a drama based on the vertical-scroll comic 'Deep Revenge - Kao o Suteta Kaseifu -' (Original: Kanako Ishigami, Art: J-MANGA CREATE) is being broadcast on Yomiuri TV (https://www.ytv.co.jp/deep_revenge/). This work has also been decided for distribution in over 100 countries and regions worldwide through HBO Max, U-NEXT's partner.
