New American is still an unfamiliar genre in Japan, but it's a new genre born from diverse cultures in America, where chefs are not bound by convention and a wide range of people live.
Overseas, there are many Michelin-starred New American restaurants. The owner encountered this cuisine while cooking in America and was deeply moved. Since there isn't yet a "proper" New American restaurant in Japan, we decided to open one to share that inspiration with our customers.
We are committed to making New American cuisine take root in Japan.

"NAIAD" challenges this trend.
That's why we put our heart and soul into our ¥5,500 course menu. This price is not a discount, but a testament to our sincerity.

NAIAD is the name of a nymph in a mythical spring. From the anecdote that drinking water from that spring revitalizes you, we named this restaurant in Shinsen-cho "NAIAD" with the hope that our customers will feel happy and energized by enjoying delicious food and wine.
You can use our restaurant for any occasion, such as dates, girls' nights out, or after work. We hope to be loved by the community and become a hub for cultural dissemination.
