On the day, May 30, under the blazing summer sun, approximately 13,000 fans gathered at the first outdoor venue for 'Egafes'. After a video message from Egasira's close friend Tetsuro Degawa played on the venue monitors, the crowd rose to their feet to the intro of 'Thrill' (by Tomoyasu Hotei), synonymous with Egasira. Riding on the roof of a 'Pajero Mini' he had gifted to the Brief-dan, familiar from 'Ega-chan', Egasira appeared in the audience area. Shouting, 'You crazy bastards! I missed you~!', he ignited the venue filled with 'Ataoka' (the affectionate nickname for 'Ega-chan' viewers). Following up with 'E!G!A! Evolution', he hyped the crowd with song alongside the Brief-dan, performing a three-point handstand in the center of the stage. Introduced on the venue monitors, the 'Saga Prefecture Association', comedians from the same hometown as Egasira, took the stage. During Hana wa's 'Saga Prefecture', water cannons blasted powerfully in sync with the chorus 'SAGA saga', showering the audience. Doburokku, making their first 'Egafes' appearance, performed 'Moshikashite Dakedo' in an Egasira version, filling the venue with laughter through their risqué lyrics. In a video released on 'Ega-chan' a few days before the event, Egasira had confessed his love to his desired adult film actress, Hana Hisaki. The promise was 'the answer will be at Egafes', but when it was revealed that Hisaki couldn't attend due to work, an uneasy atmosphere suggesting a failed confession filled the venue. Declared that he would be 'blown up if rejected', Egasira watched Hisaki's video message with a prayerful expression. The result was 'I'm sorry'. The stage was engulfed in sparks and smoke with a violent explosion, and Egasira collapsed from the mental and physical damage, not moving a muscle. Panicked members of the Saga Prefecture Association rushed over with a stretcher and carried him off stage.

Called onto the stage left without its main star were Kayoko Okubo and Ai Kago. As 'Double K' (not W), they performed two songs: 'Chu! Natsu Pa~ti' and 'The Peace!'. Dressed in pink and yellow idol costumes, the two sang cutely with choreography, exciting the crowd. Their performance, drenched by massive water sprays from water cannons, created a summer festival-like scene. The three wore a single giant brief and, in honor of the kanreki, attempted to stay in a hot bath for 60 seconds. Each time something seemed about to be exposed, the venue mixed roars of laughter with screams. As Egasira jumped out of the tank to escape the hot water, the Brief-dan and staff used a homemade 'mosaic machine' to guard compliance. Afterwards, the three, clad in bathrobes over their wet bodies, sang 'Shiroi Kumo no You ni'. They concluded their absurd yet rich collaboration in a refreshing and emotional manner.

A.B.C-Z achieved their long-awaited first collaboration with Egasira. After raising the venue's heat several notches with 'FORTUNE', they performed 'Ganbare, Tomo yo!', a song released in October 2020 for which Egasira wrote the lyrics. Before singing, members revealed surprising anecdotes from that time, astonishing Egasira. Tsukada Ryoichi, who had watched over Egasira's backflip practice, raised his fist and said, 'Let's all cheer for Egasira-san!', introducing the song. For the first time in front of Egasira, the four performed the ultimate cheer song they had nurtured with their fans.

The time for the backflip challenge finally arrived. Having practiced for about half a year for this day, Egasira showed a determined expression as A.B.C-Z and the gymnastics teachers who had accompanied him watched nearby. He stepped in powerfully, swung his arms up, and jumped backward. A magnificent success! The final guest of the main program was Sambomaster, appearing for the second consecutive time. Vocalist and guitarist Takashi Yamaguchi shouted, 'We came to create a miracle with all you Ataoka!', and performed three songs: 'Miracle wo Kimi to Okoshitaindesu', 'Dekikkonai wo Yaranakucha', and 'Kagayakidashite Hashitteku'. They energized the audience like a rock festival, conveying love through music to Egasira and the audience, shouting 'Egafes is truly the best!'.

Furthermore, the Brief-dan performed their new song 'Boo! Boo! Boost!' for the first time.
