HAMIRU Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Ichikawa City, Chiba Prefecture; Representative Director: Almira Kumazaki) opened 'Hachi San Roku (Hachi San Roku)', a Japanese cafe renovated from a traditional folk house in the Yanaka Ginza shopping district of Tokyo, on Thursday, June 11, 2026.

Created from the desire to let guests enjoy Japanese traditional ingredients slowly, 'Hachi San Roku' is a Japanese cafe that preserves the structure of an 80-year-old folk house while incorporating modern sensibilities. Nestled deep in a quiet alley characteristic of Yanaka, it offers a relaxing space away from the city's hustle and bustle.

The cafe uses ingredients carefully selected from various regions of Japan, such as Uji matcha from Kyoto, brown sugar from Okinawa, red beans from Hokkaido, and roasted soybean flour (kinako) from Kyoto. The menu focuses on the rich flavor, aroma, and lingering finish of the ingredients rather than just visual appeal.

In recent years, Yanaka Ginza has attracted domestic and international attention for its traditional retro atmosphere, drawing many tourists. 'Hachi San Roku' aims to provide Japanese sweets and drinks that harmonize with the streetscape, creating a place where visitors can feel closer to Japanese culture.
