Gen Z Survey: Shohei Ohtani Ranks 1st in 'Celebrities with Fulfilling Work and Private Lives'

Cruz Inc. (Location: Kasukabe City, Saitama Prefecture; Representative: Yuji Ihara; https://www.cruz-inc.net/), which operates a light freight transportation business, conducted a survey regarding delivery drivers among 304 Gen Z individuals who have used online shops.

In recent years, the demand for delivery drivers has increased due to the expansion of the EC market and rising delivery needs. Additionally, as opportunities to use delivery services in daily life increase, interest in their roles and working styles has also grown.

Accordingly, we are pleased to introduce the results of a survey conducted among 304 Gen Z men and women.
*The gender ratio of respondents was 26.3% male and 73.7% female.

- Top 3 celebrities thought to have a fulfilling work and private life: 1st place 'Shohei Ohtani' (149 people), 2nd place 'Takuya Kimura' (101 people), 3rd place 'Naomi Watanabe' (96 people).
- Image of delivery driver work: 'Physically demanding' was the most common (235 people), followed by 'Tiring due to being pressed for time' (207 people), and 'A job that supports people's lives' (179 people).
- Attractive workplace features if working as a delivery driver: 'Stable reward' was the most common (181 people), followed by 'Easy to adjust working days' (167 people), 'Easy to take time off,' and 'Not required to work excessively' (149 people).

When asked 'Please tell us which celebrities you think have a fulfilling work and private life (multiple answers allowed),' the results were: 1st Shohei Ohtani (149), 2nd Takuya Kimura (101), and 3rd Naomi Watanabe (96).
