Yokohama Hakkeijima Sea Paradise will renovate a portion of its "Pleasure Land" attraction area on August 1, 2026, to launch "OTO-RACTION PARK," a new area that fuses attractions, AI, and music.

"Pleasure Land" is an area where visitors can enjoy a variety of attractions, from thrilling rides like the "Surf Coaster Leviathan," Japan's only roller coaster that runs over the sea, to more relaxed options, including the "Paradise Cruise II," a cruise ship launched in the summer of 2025 that circles Hakkeijima.

The new area, "OTO-RACTION PARK," will feature the new attractions "SONIC TUNE!" and "ROCKY EAGLE." Visitors can enjoy the thrills and exhilaration generated by each attraction in sync with music perfectly selected by AI for the moment, and AI-generated voice commands. Furthermore, "Sound Wave" will also be introduced within the same area in the fall of 2026.

Yokohama Hakkeijima Sea Paradise opened on May 8, 1993, and celebrates its 33rd anniversary this year. Furthermore, "Sound Wave" will also be introduced within the same area in the fall of 2026.

"OTO-RACTION PARK" is an area conceptualized around the fusion of three attractions themed around "shake" ("SONIC TUNE!"), "height" ("ROCKY EAGLE"), and "rotation" ("Sound Wave"), along with AI and music. Each attraction is equipped with audio systems, and AI selects music in "POPS style," "EDM style," and "ROCK style" for each ride, creating a festival-like atmosphere for the entire area.

At each attraction, QR codes will be installed allowing visitors to input information needed for AI music selection. When visitors input their current mood, the AI analyzes it along with real-time information such as weather and time of day. Visitors can enjoy the thrills and exhilaration generated by each attraction, synchronized with the music genre and the perfectly selected music and AI voice commands for that moment. Additionally, while listening to the music playing in the area, visitors can experience a festival-like sensation by the sea.

Leveraging Hakkeijima's unique location, please enjoy a new sense of entertainment in an AI-created music space, alongside unique attractions themed around rotation, shaking, and height, adjacent to the sea.

"SONIC TUNE!" is an attraction where a disk-shaped ride rotates and moves dynamically up and down.

Located at the center of "OTO-RACTION PARK," "SONIC TUNE!" enhances the area with its audio system and rail-mounted lighting, creating a dazzling effect and a festival-like coolness throughout "OTO-RACTION PARK."

On "SONIC TUNE!," you can experience the thrills generated by centrifugal force, inclines, and shaking, accompanied by an EDM-style beat selected by AI.

Enjoy an entertainment experience that stimulates both hearing and sight, as you feel the "vibes" generated by "SONIC TUNE!" by the sea.

In conjunction with the launch of "OTO-RACTION PARK," "Flight Eagle" will be renamed "ROCKY EAGLE" and reborn on August 1, 2026.

"ROCKY EAGLE," inspired by "ROCK," an icon of American culture, allows riders to board an eagle-shaped ride that ascends to a height of 10 meters. Accompanied by AI-selected ROCK-style music, you can experience the exhilaration of flying through the air.

Furthermore, at the summit, the eagle-shaped ride rotates 360 degrees, offering panoramic views of the sea and the entire "OTO-RACTION PARK," allowing you to enjoy the unique scenery of Sea Paradise.
