After Toshiaki Kasuga became the 'Incarnation of Seibu-en's Pool' in the summer of 2025, we felt his overflowing love for the park. This year, we have entered into a year-long 'love contract' with him, making him the 'Incarnation of All of Seibu-en,' dedicating his everything to the park!
The new attraction, 'Shooting Amusement Park,' involves aiming an infrared gun at targets of Kasuga's face, the 'Incarnation of Seibu-en,' located throughout the park. Shoot while riding attractions! Shoot at moving attractions! It's the debut of a new-style interactive attraction.
Additionally, Seibu-en's Golden Week is packed with events for both adults and children to enjoy, such as the 'Yuhinooka Shopping Street Grand Fireworks,' held by the residents of the shopping street to show their daily gratitude, and a birthday photo session for 'Licca-chan,' a doll beloved across generations from Showa to Reiwa.

There are 30 targets of Kasuga's face set up throughout the park. Compete for points by aiming at the targets with an infrared gun. When you successfully hit a target, Kasuga's famous gag 'Tooth!' will erupt from a connected smartphone and you'll score points! Shoot while riding attractions! Shoot at moving attractions! It's a new type of interactive attraction.
