Seibuen Amusement Park (Location: Tokorozawa City, Saitama Prefecture, General Manager: Tomohiro Nishida) will hold a collaboration event with the dress-up doll 'Licca-chan' (Publisher: TOMY Company, Ltd.), who has been loved across generations, titled 'Licca-chan Sunset Hill Ball in Seibuen Amusement Park' from April 28 (Tuesday) to July 16 (Thursday), 2026.

At this event, we will deliver numerous contents where you can fully enjoy a cute worldview along with Licca-chan in a Seibuen Amusement Park exclusive outfit featuring a motif of the cream soda that is extremely popular at the Sunset Hill Shopping Street.

In addition to the 'Licca-chan Dress-up Stamp Rally' where you can design a dress for Licca-chan to attend the ball, and the 'Licca-chan Telephone in Seibuen Amusement Park' where you can experience talking with Licca-chan through a public phone, we will also feature decorative presentations across the park such as the 'Licca-chan Package-Style Photo Spot'.

Furthermore, as original collaboration menus, the 'Heart-throbbing♡ Strawberry Cream Soda with Miniature Cream Soda' at 'Coffee Shop Victoria', and the 'Serve Yourself! Dream Designer Curry' at the 'Snack and Shop Milk Hall'—whose interior is filled with Licca-chan designs—where you can feel like a 'designer', which is also Licca-chan's future dream, will make their appearance.

Moreover, you can spend a day full of Licca-chan by purchasing original goods at 'Let's Go! Bazaar' and trying the 'Licca-chan Fashion Hunter Ring Toss' at the nearby 'Sunset Festival Street'.

■ Licca-chan Dress-up Stamp Rally
Let's design a cute dress per a request from Licca-chan, who is troubled saying, 'I was invited to a ball but I don't have a dress!' We will provide a new experience fusing dress-up and a stamp rally, where you travel around the park and dress Licca-chan in a gorgeous gown. Two patterns of stamps are placed at each rally point, and depending on your choices, up to 16 different original dresses can be completed. Those who clear the stamp rally will receive Licca-chan goods featuring the Seibuen Amusement Park exclusive outfit.
