Family Funeral Hall "Cocoriel Family Funeral Hall Saitama Yoshinocho" Open Event Held

Gakken Cocofump Co., Ltd. (Tokyo, Shinagawa / Representative Director & President: Takeshi Mori / hereinafter, "the Company"), a group company of GAKKEN HOLDINGS CO., LTD. (Tokyo, Shinagawa / Representative Director & President: Hiroaki Miyahara), will open its first family funeral hall, "Cocoriel Family Funeral Hall Saitama Yoshinocho," on Friday, May 1, 2026. Prior to the opening, an open event will be held on Wednesday, April 29, and Thursday, April 30.

The Company operates over 200 serviced senior residences nationwide and began offering funeral services, "Gakken Cocofump's Funeral 'Cocoriel'," in October 2024. Leveraging the knowledge of elderly support cultivated through its nursing care business, the Company is advancing initiatives to support individuals from end-of-life care to farewells.

On the days of the open event, free consultations on funerals and end-of-life planning will be conducted, along with food tasting sessions and a doll memorial service. No advance reservations are required, and anyone is welcome to participate. Additionally, there will be a gift campaign for visitors.
