Gakken Group Releases "Gakken Group Integrated Report 2026"

Gakken Holdings Co., Ltd. (Shinagawa, Tokyo / Representative Director and President: Hiroaki Miyahara) released the "Gakken Group Integrated Report 2026" (Japanese version), which features the Gakken Group's initiatives for value creation, on its corporate website on March 31, 2026. The Gakken Group will celebrate its 80th anniversary on April 1, 2026. In October 2025, it also launched its two-year medium-term management plan "Gakken 2027 ~Value UP~". Against the backdrop of these significant milestones, this report compiles the Gakken Group's journey to date, its philosophy on value creation, and its future growth strategies into a single volume. *The English version is scheduled for release in June. ■ Overview of "Gakken Group Integrated Report 2026" This report systematically explains the Gakken Group's raison d'être, mechanisms for sustainable value creation, business strategies, sustainability, and governance, centered on "five questions." It also broadly presents the businesses and initiatives of each group company, concretely illustrating the Gakken Group's overall approach to value creation.
