Particularly for high-frequency products such as 312.5MHz and 625MHz, yield further deteriorates, leading to increased manufacturing costs and supply instability. Therefore, achieving both high-frequency compatibility and improved yield while maintaining cost competitiveness has become a critical issue for the entire industry. Our "Arkh.2G" was developed as a product that achieves both high-frequency compatibility and high yield by solving these challenges through the unique Arkh resonator and Wafer Level 100% Inspection and Guarantee (Known Good Die, hereinafter KGD※) technology. ◆Product Features: 4 Values Brought by the Arkh Structure * **Realization of High-Frequency Performance by Supporting 625MHz:** With the Arkh resonator, we enable frequency support up to 625MHz, exceeding conventional products, and meet the needs of various high-frequency markets such as high-speed, large-capacity communication and automotive applications. * **Utilization of KGD Technology Supporting High Yield:** Through 100% inspection and guarantee at the wafer level (KGD), we significantly reduce IC yield loss. This improves product quality and enhances cost competitiveness. * **Dual Package Structure Achieving Long-Term Stability:** The dual package structure, which protects the resonator from external stress and outgassing, provides stable performance, including aging effects, for the high frequency accuracy demanded by the market, contributing to customers' long-term stable system operation. * **Overwhelming Supply Stability:** We standardize the specifications of the Arkh resonator, enabling flexible inventory holding for the resonator part. Furthermore, by simplifying the assembly process as an oscillator, backup assembly is possible at any location, minimizing supply chain risks. ◆Future Outlook We will promote further improvement in production efficiency by transitioning to 6-inch wafers and focus on externally expanding the supply of KGD, which has already been realized.
