This project, launched by Daimaru Matsuzakaya Department Store, aims to foster a culture of well-being with the concept, "Make caring for your mind a habit, just like caring for your hair and skin."
Calmin is a coined word combining 'Calm' and 'Mind,' born from the desire to support a state of mind as serene as a calm sea.
Daimaru Matsuzakaya Department Store has a history of providing 'experiences that enrich the mind' through fashion and beauty, nurturing new cultures. With well-being gaining importance, we believe it is necessary to harmonize the mind not only from the 'outside' but also from the 'inside.' Calmin is our endeavor in this pursuit.
Our goal is to make mental care an 'ordinary habit,' akin to grooming one's hair or skin, and to spread well-being as a 'stylish and cool' culture throughout society.
To date, we have offered accessible self-care for the mind through online video programs, experiential events for a unique escape, and private sessions with various mentors. We will irregularly hold experiential events that allow participants to tune into their senses and harmonize their minds, taking a break from daily life.
