Maruka Farm Launches 'Health Management' in Agriculture in Nose: Supporting Single Mothers via Mental Care and Smart Farming

Maruka Farm Co., Ltd. The company has officially taken over the cultivation facilities and business in Nose from the previous operator, Noseno Co., Ltd., and has established a new structure for the wood ear mushroom cultivation business. Accordingly, we will promote health management centered on 'comprehensive mental care' primarily for single mothers who have escaped serious harm such as domestic violence (DV) and are in difficult mental and economic situations. We will build a safe and secure employment environment through agriculture and a sustainable self-reliance support system. When single mothers who have fled from DV and other harm aim to return to society, simply providing a 'place to work' is often insufficient, as past trauma, sudden physical or mental distress, or flashbacks can make it difficult to continue working. For the first step toward self-reliance, 'mental care' that tends to the wounded heart is essential above all else.
