Our 'Chilled Ramen' has long been popular, but this year it has undergone a major renewal. The 'Chilled Soy Sauce Ramen' has been refined for a smoother, more refreshing taste, and for the 'Chilled Sesame Noodles,' customers can now choose the amount of our popular fried chicken topping. Both items have been completely overhauled in terms of serving method and soup, creating a bowl you'll want to drink to the last drop. Additionally, starting Saturday, June 6, 2026, we will launch our 'Summer Recommended' menu. The 2026 summer limited creative ramen, 'Red Hot Garlic Tomato Cheese Ramen,' combines our signature chashu pork with a tomato and garlic sauce, blended with a unique mix of chili pepper and sesame oil, and topped with plenty of cheese to harmonize with the soup. Also, the 'Spicy Meat Miso Ramen' is a popular dish that evolved from a staff meal at the time of our founding into a seasonal staple. Please enjoy the savory meat miso, made by mincing our signature chashu and mixing it with miso sauce, dissolved into our stamina-boosting spicy soup. At Ramen Nagomiya, we are committed to high-quality ingredients. Our 'Kotteri Nagomiya Ramen,' with its rich soup available in two levels of intensity, is popular among younger customers, while the 'Wabushi Ramen,' featuring a light Japanese-style dashi soup, is favored by older customers.
