## 2026 Spring/Summer 4 New Products

Sorachi Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Ashibetsu City, Hokkaido) will launch 'Hokkaido Leek Sauce,' 'Motsunī/Motsuyaki Sauce,' 'Razan Yakiniku Sauce,' and 'Razan Bulgogi Sauce' as new products for the 2026 Spring/Summer season. Sales will begin on the Sorachi official online shop from Monday, April 20, 2026. In retail stores, the Leek Sauce and Razan Yakiniku Sauce will be available from late March, followed by the Motsunī Sauce and Razan Bulgogi Sauce from late April.

**Hokkaido Leek Sauce (160g)**
A versatile soy-based sauce using leeks grown in the cold climate of Hokkaido, where their flavor is concentrated. The moderate sweetness and spicy kick of Doubanjiang (chili bean paste) stimulate the appetite. It is perfect for yakiniku (BBQ), pancakes, dumplings, and popular dishes like steamed vegetables or meat rolls. Pairing leeks with meat enhances the recovery effect from fatigue due to the combination of Vitamin B1 and leek components.
