Saza Coffee Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Hitachinaka City, Ibaraki Prefecture) will participate in the regular "Choco Mint Festival" at ecute Omiya (JR Omiya Station Ekina-ka), held from Monday, June 29, 2026, to Monday, July 20, 2026. We will be offering two types of "Choco Mint Pan" for a limited time exclusively at the ecute Omiya store.

Saza Coffee has its own brand, "Saza Pan," which supplies bread, cakes, and other items to 16 Saza Coffee stores in Hitachinaka City, Ibaraki Prefecture. Saza Coffee President Taro Suzuki has a commitment to food, stating, "Salt or sugar, if added, it's an additive, but we are particular about what we add." This time, bread made with domestic Tokachi wheat, chocolate, and mint has been created.
