Aoyagi Sohonke Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Moriyama-ku, Nagoya, Aichi; President: Toshitaka Goto), which manufactures and sells confections such as 'Aoyagi Uiro' and 'Kaeru Manju', will collaborate with 'Kaiten-zushi Ginza Onodera Nagoya' (B2F), which opens for the first time in the Tokai area at the luxury mall 'HAERA' in the complex high-rise building 'The Landmark Nagoya Sakae' (grand opening June 11, Thursday) in Nagoya Sakae. They will launch three new sweets: 'Aoyagi Sohonke Collaboration Uiro Monaka Ice', 'Aoyagi Sohonke Collaboration Shiruko Uiro ~Mitarashi Style~', and 'Aoyagi Sohonke Collaboration Sansai Uiro Dolce (Cocoa, Matcha, Kinako)' on the opening day, June 11, 2026 (Thursday). All are limited-edition sweets available only at 'Kaiten-zushi Ginza Onodera Nagoya'.

Aoyagi Sohonke Collaboration Uiro Monaka Ice

For 'Uiro Monaka Ice', cut 'Aoyagi Uiro Shiro' is used as topping. For 'Shiruko Uiro ~Mitarashi Style~', cut 'Aoyagi Uiro Shiro' is grilled with soy sauce on both sides to create a Mitarashi dango style. For 'Sansai Uiro Dolce (Cocoa, Matcha, Kinako)', the uiro is cut and coated with cocoa powder for 'Aoyagi Uiro Shiro', matcha powder for 'Aoyagi Uiro Matcha', and kinako powder for 'Aoyagi Uiro Kuro (Brown Sugar)', then topped with a special sauce.
